I still feel this way in spite of the recent letdown.
Shit happens. Lesson learned.
But I'm not going away ever again.

Some of us are Sorcerers.

We are conduits for the Spirit;

From the lake of Silent Knowledge,
Spirit resurfaces.
Its whisper starts as a drip . . .
Tapping us occasionally on the shoulder.
Slowly cracking us wide open,
It becomes a becomes a trickle.
Tickling us, here and there . . .
Transforms into a downpour,
Soul wide open & ready,
Overflows into a deluge.
Some of us choose the Path, willingly;
But kicking and screaming,
most of us follow our own.
Inevitably, Spirit does calls us.
And one way or another,
We always come back home.
